Summary
The rabbi's cat loves to be hugged by his mistress, Zlabya. After he ate the house parrot, he can suddenly speak. But the rabbi forbids then him to see his mistress because he is only lying. The rabbi starts to teach to his cat Torah in order to turn him to a good speaking Jewish cat. The cat asks then to do his Bar-Mitzvah. But does a speaking cat have the right to do his Bar-Mitzvah?
